Glue-down LVP feels more solid underfoot, runs quieter, and is the better call for large open floor plans and small commercial spaces. We'll recommend the right method for your subfloor and layout, and our crew installs both.
How we install LVP
The real difference between a great LVP job and a mediocre one is in the subfloor prep. We level every dip, fill every low spot, and use the underlayment the manufacturer specifies. Our crew also handles stair nosings (milled in-house to match when a factory nosing isn't available), baseboard removal and reinstall, and hauling off your old floor.

Very well - it's one of the best choices for a slab foundation, which most homes around here have. It's waterproof, doesn't need the acclimation time hardwood does over concrete, and feels considerably warmer underfoot than tile.
The wear layer resists scratching well, but it isn't indestructible. Dog claws and furniture dragged across cheaper LVP can leave marks, which is why we recommend a 20-mil or thicker wear layer for households with larger dogs.
Quality LVP with a 22-mil or thicker wear layer usually lasts 20-25 years in a home. Commercial-rated product can go 25-30 years even under heavier use.
