Tile flooring built to last decades, not seasons

Tile is about the most permanent floor you can put in a home, and it's also one of the easiest to install poorly. A good tile job comes down mostly to subfloor prep, mortar coverage, and layout - the tile itself is almost the easy part. Our lead installer has been setting tile for 32 years, and our crew uses uncoupling membranes (Schluter Ditra and Kerdi) on every wet-area install so the finished floor lasts as long as the house does.

We supply and install ceramic, porcelain, natural stone, glass, and mosaic tile from Daltile, Emser, and American Olean for floors, showers, backsplashes, fireplaces, and small commercial spaces across East Texas.

We start with a full subfloor inspection - any deflection, moisture, or unevenness gets corrected before a single tile goes down. We use modified thinset rated for the tile size, back-butter large-format tiles for full coverage, and set leveling clips on planks and large rectangles to eliminate lippage. Showers get Schluter Kerdi or RedGard waterproofing, a properly sloped mortar bed, and a correctly bonded curb.

Every job wraps up with sealed grout (or epoxy grout on request) and a final walk-through before we consider it done.
